Reep stores encrypted content on your instruction and releases it to people you name after a life event is verified through guardian consensus and, where available, an official record check.

You keep all rights in your content. You grant Reep only the limited permission needed to store and transmit it as you direct. We claim no licence to use, analyse or display it.

Keep your passphrase safe, keep guardian and beneficiary contact details current, respond to check-ins, and do not store content that is unlawful to possess or transfer.

Encryption is zero knowledge. If you lose your passphrase and have not enabled guardian-assisted recovery, we cannot restore access to your vault. This is a design property, not a fault.

Release requires approval from at least two guardians and, on eligible plans, confirmation of an official record. A check-in from you cancels a pending sequence at any time before the final step.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. The Eternal fee is a one-time payment funding a maintenance reserve for long-horizon hosting.

We aim for continuous availability and publish incidents at our status page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may export and delete your vault at any time. We may suspend an account for unlawful use or non-payment, with notice and an opportunity to export first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country.
